thanks for all the feedback, honeys! i'm so glad you all are part of my borg.

i'm becoming reacquainted with my diva cup this month, because not only am i tired of going through packs and packs of spendy pads and tampons (i use the schmancy unbleached organic ones, because otherwise my bits are unhappy with me), but new kitty tagalong has more than ( Read more... )

Well, the good news is, that after you deal with the steep learning curve... many women report less cramping, lighter periods and a shorter cycle. I am one of them. I must say that my life has been vastly improved by the Diva Cup. I hope it works out thusly for you.

that was definitely the case when i used it regularly last (which was probably two years ago), and i'm hoping it will happen again.

ditto! I love mine. but -- there are some months when it just isn't the right thing, if that makes sense. Don't give up if one cycle or another it doesn't feel right.

Man, I have had mine for almost 2 years and I'm *still* never sure that it is going to work when I put it in. And yet, I still try every month. I'm not sure what that says about me.

ginger ale + vodka sounds like a fine idea. Esp. in this weather.

ginger ale for the mild nausea, vodka for the cramps. it's a great combination. and it goes down VERY easy :)

My cat goes nuts for tampons. Yes, cute and funny but those things are expensive!
