horrible, horrible dream

last night i had a strange and terrible dream. in a nutshell, sophie's school had a little-known clause in its bylaws that allowed teachers to lay the death penalty on students who broke any of a handful of bizarre rule-combos. soph broke one of them: joining chorus without being willing to sing a solo, in tandem with not memorizing her times
