i've recently become obsessed with dental hygiene. if you go to a walmart or target or those kinds of stores or even a pharmacy.. look by the dental floss for these little pick things.. that you use to floss your teeth

but they're so much easier than buying actual floss and using it, i find myself flossing more often just because of the flosser things... soo i dunno.. that was just a suggestion!!
