I've noticed that when I capture or open a DV-AVI in Windows Movie Maker, it can automatically detect the different scenes in the video, presumably using the DV timestamp information. Is there any way to use something like Windows Movie Maker or VirtualDub to automatically split the detected scenes in a video into several files
