My friend Felicia and I have both decided to try and get our Master's (is the apostrophe necessary?) in Counseling. We can hopefully start this fall at DNE. THEN, we have decided that we will open a nice counseling center in Elkins and call it "Kounseling for Kids". We will charge approximately $100 an hour because we can. People will totally pay

It's a program through Marshall University but the classes are at D&E.
