A friend asked me to take some pictures of the green areas that separate lanes and walkways on one of the big crossroads.
I used the excuse for a little trip into the city to try out my new camera.
To my surprise I found beautiful mini parks that were anything but green, but rather artful stone-and-scrub-landscapes.

What kind of new camera did you get? It takes good pictures.

I loved the link about coffee and cats *g*.

If that king had banned my coffee he better believe I'd be conspiring against him.

It's a FujiFilm Finepix S2000HD. In my opinion one of the best value-for money you can get. It is about as close a you can get to a real SLR without paying 1000 €. You have the option to change each setting manually, which I have to learn still.
And you are right - with the big lens it makes wonderful pictures. I'll post a few in a Moment.
I payed 175€ for it.
