I'm sitting here with 1/4 of a tomato sliced up and 1/2 a bowl of green beans. and it all tastes like shit. i think it's a sign i shouldn't be eating it

To be honest, i've never done or taken anything for regular headaches so they don't phase me very much. you could just like, eat a lot of sugarfree jell-o, that would help a lot.
