Little bit. At a whopping one working day's notice, they rang us to say they hadn't had JTA's mum's employment reference and we couldn't move in on Tuesday unless it was sorted out.

Fortunately, everything seems to be sorted now. Fascinatingly, the solution we're going with is one I proposed about a month ago...

good luck - I must say i've never met with a decent letting agent and think they should all be shot.
