Peanut Butter
Peanut butter is wonderful, and I know that if I'm not careful I can finish a 1kg jar in just over a week! I like the natural crunchy kind with a little bit of salt. Squash
I'm trying to buy and in turn cook and eat more different types of food. In this endeavor, I've made the wonderful discovery of squash. We never really made it at home, it wasn't until recently that we even started having sweet potatoes/yams (i know they're not the same but it's one of those two...?). Saying Grace in Pala

Lattes
There is something really comforting about lattes. They are so warm, filling, frothy, and simply delicious. I love coffee, I drink it with just milk (unless I'm out in which case I drink it black), always have, always will so to add a lot of steamed hot milk to a high quality espresso is like a match made in heaven. Where the Wall is Now
This isn't food but it's a map and maps are right up there with food so it works. Also, I think it's still significant and very current since on Nov 9th, that's this Monday, it'll have been 20 years exactly since the Berlin Wall came down. Chocolate is tasty and makes me feel good :)
My favourite chocolate types:
1. Tourist - from Migros
2. Ovomaltine - (the actual chocolate bar, I've only seen it in Switzerland)
3. Lindt - pretty much all types, but mostly the plain milk chocolate kinds

Dinner Time
I had a really fun time making dinner tonight. I was home alone so I turned up the music really loud and just had a jolly old time cooking and singing along to Bryan Adams. I made chicken and salad. Grilled some chicken breast in the frying pan with some garlic and threw some spices together (curry, "chicken spice", pepper, and paprika). ( Read more... ) -
PIZZA
I know that ones taste in food changes over the years and I think mine is exemplified beautifully in my pizza preferences. At first I only ate Hawaiian. Timing meals
Some days I find it quite difficult to try to co-ordinate eating with working out, especially if I'm eating five or six meals per day, which translates to eating about every 3 hours. So you pretty much eat either right before or right after a meal, both of which can be annoying.
