I see you've been spending some time with the muses!

I think I've mentioned that I have zero interest in Trey wreck, be it in canon, fanon/fic, whatever, so don't think I'm being overly difficult or wondering why I haven't commented. It's my own hangup! For me, he's just an unappealing, unintriguing, unwelcome distraction, but maybe I should tell you how I really feel! I can't help it. Unless any part with him in a story is absolutely critical to the plot, I tend to gloss over at best.

I do enjoy the other characters- namely, Ryan and the Cohens- and the characterizations that you've developed. I simply just can't pretend to muster any enthusiasm or interest in anything related to Trey- other than to wish he'd go far, far away so we could focus on the original dynamics.

I'm glad to see you're getting your groove again, and I'll be watching for non-Trey updates. How's that? I'm trying for honest.

Heh. I don't blame ya, re: Trey. I have my fandoms where I have zero interest in certain characters, no matter what incarnation the authors come up with. So I get it. Unfortunately, he is going to be pretty integral to how things wrap up with this story. At least, as I am leaning now. Of course, once I sit down and seriously start writing the next chapter, who knows. Things rarely go as I intend when I start and tend to take some weird turn. lol. So you might get lucky and there won't end up being as much of him as I think there will be. lol

I knew I wasn't the only one, although I guess I make no secret of it. I didn't want to suddenly stop commenting without explanation, and I was closely reading and following the characters, plot and dynamics when the primary focus was on Ryan's story and his interactions with the Cohens. I know I was frustrated in canon when the writers used someone like Trey wreck as a deviation without tapping into what seemed like the organic story and relationships, so that's the source of my dislike. It just carries over. I'm guilty as charged of not separating

Looks like you've given up on the OC.... I know its been over a year but I love the evil Kristen and would love to see how she reacts to finding out what happened to Trey
