observe, this is what i get for going into work at 8am this morning on a day i decided i didn't need to take off

what happened?

I was driving into work, having the right of way. Someone coming from a side street did not stop when they were supposed to and used my car to slow down. Nobody was injured, but my car now has a messed up hood, fender, headlight, and bumper. The car's drivable, I just need to get an insurance inspector out to find out cost of repairs (of which I will NOT be paying for).

of course the van that hit me had barely a scratch on it.
