well, generally, when cleaning piercings with any kind of soap you should always use something without a smell to it or any sort of dye. perfumes and artificial dyes can be irritating to a fresh piercing. i've found if you use something like regular old ivory soap, it works well. good luck!

Try hydroproxide, it works better than soap. A lot of open wounds are senstive to soap.

For all my piercings, I've used either Bactine or H2Ocean. Dial is works actually really well too though.
