Unscrew the balls. Try pliers.

I've been trying to unscrew them but I think they rusted inside or something. The pliers I've tried as well, nothing is helping. Pluuuus on top of that, that piercing is starting to become infected. Not cool >.>;;;

don't rip them out! that's gunna be a total 'no way' - owch..
have a friend over with you some afternoon. run some warm water over your entire earing (its most likely not rust if the barbell is made of the usual steal) because you've probably (as gross as it'll sound) got a bunch of dried puss or other kinda' ear leakies crusting it shut. warm water'll make it easier to unscrew. have the friend try.. they'll have a way better angle to do it from. as the previous person said: try pliers too (have your friend try them as well)!
last note: usually when a piercings' getting infected, they say you shouldn't remove the jewelry incase the piercing heals over and seals the infection inside of your body. if you can't remove it with a friend after everything i've suggested, go to a piercing studio and just tell them there what's gone wrong. they'll be able to help you more.

btw: WELCOME! ^_^

Alright, thanks. I'll try that. My friend thought the same thing when I asked her today, she said since I've been guaging my ear that it's probably dry puss built up in it. >.<

Anyways, thanks for the advice! I'll try and get my friend over tommorow! :)
