Alright, so... I got up at 11:30 am, which is SUPER early for me. I almost never get up before 2:30, and often sleep 'til 4 or 5. Actually... come to think of it, I hardly ever get up in the 4:00 hour. It'll be 3 something or 5 something, but not 4. Huh

I've just been a real beast. I was doing really well and then I just had this one binge this summer that kept going and going... And since I've been staying with The Boy I hardly get out and walk like I used to. It's crazy how fast I went from walking for hours with no problem to getting out of breath going uphill.
Ah, well. There's nothing to it but to do it, right?
