Want & American Idol (I know, I KNOW)

American Idol was pretty boring this week. Hopefully it'll pick up, and not just stand to be boring because they know 30 million people will watch anyway.
1. Jason Castro (Michelle) - Can this guy just sing French to me constantly? Wow. LOVE HIM. I don't even remember what he did last week, but wow. He just became my favorite. I don't agree with the judges except for Simon saying it was bad to do the Beatles again. I wish they would have done some other music. Nothing against the Beatles.
2. David Cook (Day Tripper) - I really liked this guy last week. This week was fine, if a little predictable. He reminds me a little of Chris Daughtry. This guy can rock!
3. Syesha Mercado (Yesterday) - I'm not sure I want her touching me. haha. She is good, though. I can't believe she was in the bottom three last week. I don't remember what she sang then, but she was really good this week.
4. Chikezie (I've Just Seen A Face) - This guy has a really sweet quality to him. I liked it. Until the harmonica. Hm. Not sure about that. He really seemed to be having fun. I like performers that seem to be enjoying themselves.
5. David Archuleta (The Long and Winding Road) - My first thought seeing this kid is "put him on Disney and let's move on." BUT he can sing. I liked him better this week than last. It just bugs me that he barely looks like a high schooler. He's probably going to win because all those Hannah Montana freaks have nothing better to do than text & call a million times.
6. Brooke White (Here Comes The Sun) - I like this chick. She seems really comfortable on the stage and confident. Also she sounds great, but the song was kinda boring.
7. Amanda Overmyer (Back in the U.S.S.R.) - She started a little boring, but rocked it at the end.
8. Carly Smithson (Blackbird) - The next Kelly Clarkson? Not sure about that... She's pretty good, but the song was a little boring.
9. Ramiele Malubay (I Should've Known Better) - She seems like she's having fun, but the performance seems kinda karaoke-ish to me. Not the best of the bunch.
10. Michael Johns (A Day In The Life) - This guy is pretty forgettable for me. The song was alright. He just doesn't stand out for me. Ha. Simon tells him it's a mess, then he announces he's dedicating it to his dead friend.
11. Kristy Lee Cook (You've got to Hide Your Love Away) - This is one of my favorite Beatles songs (I LOVE the Pearl Jam version I have on my iPod), but I hated what this girl did last week... Also she seemed a little bored (or maybe nervous). I agree with Simon: she's not a good performer. "Musical wallpaper" haha. I love Simon. I hate that people don't like him because he tells it like it is.
I actually struggle with the order of 9, 10, 11. I think they are all equally not as good as the rest, and hope they all go home in the next three weeks.

Ugh. Kelly Pickler tomorrow. I hate her.

OMG. House is back!!!? Aw, only 4 episodes. and OH NO it's moving to Monday's at nine? Thank God Heroes won't be back til the fall! And hopefully the schedule changes back then. Isn't it ridiculous how obsessed I am with my shows being on at different times?
I don't think I'd actually buy any of the cds that these people would put out. But will probably keep watching because I am lame. And don't have anything else to do...
