i am so blessed.

i just watched this film: The Boys of Baraka
and i am blown away by the resilience of the human spirit and the lack of..attention, caring, thought, kindness..that we even afford that resilience.

there was a vivid scene where the boys were just..looking, fascinated, at a hedgehog, eating.
what kids do. what kids are supposed to be doing
