Dear Chocolate Box Exchange Writer,
Thank you so much for participating in this exchange. Also, please allow me to compliment you for A.) your exellent taste in fandoms B.) your willingness to write outside your comfort zone C.) both. We at least have some matching interests in TV or books, so that practically makes us besties, right?
Don't tell anyone, but the sad truth is that I am super-easy. :) Write a story that you enjoy writing and I'm sure I'll love it and enjoy reading it. BUT, if prompts tend to make you chafe, then by all means, just read the do-not-wants paragraph and then go away and write the story. I want you to have freedom, if that's what you need.
Above all, have fun. If you find that the suggestions feel like a burden, then ignore them and write something that interests you. True passion shines through and makes a story special.
I like...
angst, UST, longing looks, long-repressed feelings that explode one day, kid fic, teamy goodness, found or chosen families, epistolary fic, well-done hurt/comfort, broken people finding their way together, AUs that arise from roads not taken in canon, zombies, wacky road trips, old friends, handsome strangers, ghost stories, crazy decisions that are right even though they seem so very wrong, 2nd person narratives, porn that reveals more than just naked bodies, unreliable narrators, opening your presents on Christmas Day rather than Christmas Eve, and long deep slow kisses that last three days.
I do not want..
passivity, first-person narration, incest, non-con, non-canon slash, child death or grievous injury, and misusing the words less and fewer.
See, I told you I was easy. Now, the prompts. First, some general prompts that would apply to any of my fandoms:
A natural or manmade disaster strikes and characters must work together to save themselves and others
AU - The Zombie Apocalypse strikes - what is life like and how do the characters manage?
Wacky roadtrip, a la "Planes, Trains, and Automobiles"
Character backstories - I love a good backstory!
The road not taken...what happens when a character makes a different decision than in canon. How does the story (and more importantly, the character) change as a result of the decision.
First times - first kisses, first loves, first day of school/prison/the army/whatever
5+1 (As in Five times X happened and 1 time it didn't) is a tried and true format - I'd eat any 5+1 with a spoon. (And it doesn't have to be 5 +1, it could be 3 or 7 or whatever works for you.)
Song fic - I don't even need to know the song. (But if you're a fan of The National, you literally cannot go wrong with any of their songs.)

Bill Hodges Trilogy (Stephen King)
Any relationship - I am so fascinated by the relationship that Bill and Holly have. I'd love to see them having fun, taking on a case, whatever. How does Bill prepare Holly for the events at the end of End of Watch? How does Jerome help Holly from becoming overwhelmed, or maybe Holly just needs help feeling her feelings. Or, you know, stay away from the sad stuff and go lighter. Maybe Holly has a movie night where she tries to get Bill into the 21st century. (No need to include all three characters if it doesn't suit your story.)
Sons of Anarchy
Tara Knowles/Chibs Telford - Ah, the ship of my heart. Go as AU as you have to with this one. I'd love a fix-it fic where Tara survives and ends up with Chibs. I'm also happy with some hot UST while Tara is canonically with Jax. I find the “want to but can't” motif super-hot.
David Hale & Tara Knowles & Jax Teller - Backstory - I'd love to know their history. They were all in high school together - how did Tara end up with Jax? How did David feel about that?
Stranger Things
Joyce/Hopper - I am so interested in Joyce and Hopper and what happens next for them. How has the Upside Down changed them? What is Joyce like when she's not under so much pressure? They clearly have a past, but I'm more interested in their future. I'd equallylove a slow-burn getting together fix for them.
The Force Awakens
Leia Organa & Ben Solo|Kylo Ren - Tell me about how Ben broke his mother's heart, but how his mother still loves him. Tell me about Ben's early childhood. Tell me about Leia's worries. Tell me anything about this tragic backstory.
Ben Solo|Kylo Ren & Chewbacca - This comic has haunted me since I saw it shortly after the movie came out - http://imgur.com/gallery/u7HcWOx - Give me more about any of the moments in the comic.
Rey & Han Solo - You have no idea how much I wish that Rey was able to take the job with Han and go off and have smuggling adventures. How unstoppable would they be, with her using the Force to get them out of jams? I'd love a little AU of their adventures.
Leia Organa/Han Solo - The first ship of my little fannish heart. I'll take anything. A memory. A ghostly visit. A reconciliation. Anything.
Star Wars Original Trilogy - Leia Organa/Han Solo - Umm, I would be totally okay with PWP. There have got to be quiet little cozy spots somewhere on Endor that would have some hot stories to tell, right? Alternatively, I'd love a slow-burn getting together fic for them. The original trilogy really irritated me, even as a kid, the way their courtship was essentially just them hurling insults at each other and her being the only woman in the entire galaxy.
Rogue One
Bail Organa & Leia Organa - I'd love a missing scene of Bail sending Leia on her mission. Or anything about their relationship. How much does she know about her adoption? What kind of relationship does she have with her father as an adult?
Chirrut Îmwe & Baze Malbus & Jyn Erso - This might be cheeky, but what I was really looking for was Chirrut and Baze gen, but I don't see a gen tag for them. I'd be happy with anything here - backstory, missing scene, Chirrut and Baze imparting wisdom. My favorite description of Chirrut and Baze was on tumblr, and it was something along the lines of how refreshing it is to have a monk and warrior combo where the monk is the one whois saying “hold my drink” while the warrior facepalms. I really love the way they go all-in with Jyn.
Cassian Andor/Leia Organa - Although Leia and Han is the ship of my dreams, I kind of like the idea that Leia and Cassian had a thing, a possibly hot and impetus thing that had a lot of brooding.
Bodhi Rook & Baze Malbus & Cassian Andor & Chirrut Îmwe & Jyn Erso & K-2SO - Again, I'll take anything here. I am fine with the ending, I think the ending had to be the ending, but damn, I think they would've been a great team together.
Jyn Erso & Bodhi Rook - What can Bodhi tell Jyn about her dad? I think there's at least one missing scene where Bodhi console Jyn and tells her more about her dad.
Leverage
Mikel Dayan/Eliot Spencer - Backstory, future fic, anything that gets these two together. I'm okay with a bit of light bondage and a little roughness for this couple.
