Roy came through his surgery ok

He is in ICU now, to be transferred out to a Private room today.
I just called him and he was on his way to Physical Therapy.
After I talked to him last night and knew he was ok, I realized just how worried I was.
The crying jag helped a lot.
I slept soundly for the first time in a couple of weeks.

He is a 100% disabled vet with severe mobility problems.

He needs his knees replaced but being unable to walk he cannot lose enough weight.
So the VA did a Gastric Bypass.
After he loses enough they will do his knees and he will be able to walk again.

Gosh! I didn't know he was having any problems. Glad he is going to be okay. How are you holding up besides having a good night's sleep? And yes, crying does help doesn't it?
