You know, I was going to suggest Ebbsfleet, but didn't think it was far enough from the depths of Kent to be useful...

When we've suggested Ebbsfleet to them for this sort of thing in the past they've dismissed it as not being far enough, driven into London and met with horrible traffic. Maybe it's finally sunk in!
