Repairs for the seventh floor seem to be going well. Unfortunately, the safe room still needs a some more red tape to patch it up, and I know we don't exactly have much to spare.

There has been some in the hospital in the past, of course...

Which brings me to another question. Doctor Muraki, how are you doing for supplies?

Where does this tape actually come from?

We don't know where it originates from. It seems to show up in random quantities from time to time. Unless there are ghosts we haven't met who can touch the stuff, we don't have an explanation for it.

As for where you can find it... on occasion, it used to show up in the hardware store, but that has largely stopped happening. It has been seen very rarely in the basement, and it has been found on the third floor of the hospital.
