Well, I am back. The vacation was absolutely lovely. I don't think I ever had an entire week of sunshine during a skiing vacation

I must ask, why are you rewriting it when it is absolutely perfect as it is? *curious*

Erm ... the story is and has always been far from perfect in my opinion. The reason for the rewrites is that Dwimordene, whom I absolutely adore as a writer, pointed out some serious flaws with respect to the plausibility of the plot and some characterisations. We had a very fruitful discussion and she made some excellent suggestions which I decided to incorporate. I think the story will truly benefit from the rewrites, I only wish I had more time for actually doing the revisions (and my Aragorn muse would stop hiding ... as a Ranger, he's too good at it. I fear he doesn't like what I have in store for him *evil grin*)

LOL. Well, I suppose I read too many fics by ameuturs, so your story is definitely one that I see as perfect as it can get. If it's going to be even better... *wow*. I can only imagine how much squeeing I'll be doing.

Ahh, yes, the Aragorn muse can be very stubborn. *shakes head* well, I look forward to this update, whenever it comes.

Thanks! Yes, I am quite happy about it, though the acceptance was not that much of surprise. I was asked to submit the article, after all. And it turns out that the revisions probably won't take longer than an evening or two, so it won't involve too much extra work.
