What's Okay To Mention Around Him/Her: Well, it doesn't really matter. He's going to be pissed most of the time anyway. However, if you goad him about being lesser than anything, that ... is going to piss him off more.
Abilities: Magical:
Metamorphosis: Vocal will be able to change inanimate objects into other inanimate objects of a similar type. Clothing into different clothing, weapons into similar weapons, etc.
Energy draining: With mod- and mun-permission in each case, Vocal will also be able to energize himself by sucking magical energy from others. It won't work all (most!) of the time, which will frustrate him to no end, but he'll still be able to keep a significant canon ability.
VOCAL'S HELLA STRONG SUPERSTAR KILL-THEM-ALL FUN BEAM: This doesn't have any kind of canon name, but he can blast a super-strong beam with exact precision. I'm guessing it has effects somewhat similar to a nuclear attack, but on a smaller scale, and completely annihilating whatever it hits rather than giving it cancer and over 9000 other medical problems. :|a
Physical:
Being hella strong & hella speedy: Vocal is physically extremely strong and extremely flexible. His muscles aren't human, so they're probably harder, in addition to being more elastic. He also uses them like he's a bodybuilder training for a competition the next day, so they're very used to wear and tear as well. He is also shown to be extremely fast in short spurts, and his speed is nearly teleporting from one area to somewhere very close. His strength and agility make him an excellent fighter.
Flying: Vocal has wings coming out of his head, which seem to grow larger and smaller as he needs them to. Theoretically he shouldn't be very comfortable flying, but lolmagic and lack of complaining about the imbalance make flying his preferred (and only) method of traveling great distances.
Endurance: While punching him in the face or the gut (the latter of which is never advised for reasons which will be explored in just a moment) will move that part of his body, possibly send him flying to the ground, and definitely annoy him to no end, it will take a lot of physical aggression toward him for him to feel actual pain rather than just temporary discomfort. Slicing him open is definitely an easier way to make him feel genuine pain, but in-game it shouldn't take that much for him to pass the threshold of discomfort into pain. Additionally, since he's not ... a living human, I'm also going to speculate that he's capable of enduring pretty extreme temperatures very easily -- especially cold, since the Northern Capital -- the base of the mazoku army -- is extremely cold, bordering on, I'm going to say, the Northern Pole of Cold, where temperatures have been recorded at -87 °F.
MOUTH ON HIS BELLY: Since this is not frequently visible, I'm going to say that it only shows up when he needs it to, or calls it up. It is rather large, so... I'm also going to say that it protects the whole front of his torso from physical attack. It "eats" things, and it looks like he either has the option to destroy what it eats (as with Sizer's scythe) or absorb it into his body (as he did with The Sword That Can Cut Through Anything (Including Pandora's Box).
Notes for the Psychics/Magically or Spiritually sensitive: Vocal is a horrible, sadistic mind. He is completely and totally evil. Any reading of his mind will consist in death, enjoying death, lots of pain, enjoying the pain of others, probably really horrible gory stuff.
Can I spit at/step on/etc?: Errr sure, but please only do this if you're willing to accept that Vocal will retaliate.
Hugging/kissing/other non-violent physical contact: Will really surprise him, and when he gets over his surprise, he will probably punch you. Unless you are a very attractive female, in which case prepare for groping. :|
Maim/Murder/Death: Well... you can try, but he's going to prove very difficult to even hurt, much less kill. And if whatever you're doing is definitely going to kill him PLEASE clear it with me first.

APPEARANCE MEMEClothing/Appearance: He dresses usually like a High King of Bondage, but can dress up as occasion requires. He knows how to accessorize, and has in addition to the giant-to-small wings on the sides of his head two little horns on the top.
Habits/Mannerisms/Body Language: Vocal has a confident, headstrong, dominating self-presentation. He's very fluid in his movements, and also very childish.

Typical Daily Routine: He isn't a routine kind of person. He's likely to skip every required session for anything, and ... he isn't particularly concerned about showering with everyone else; he'll get clean somehow. He's very, very impulsive, and if he feels like doing something, he'll do it.
