if someone has you on their LJ friends list but you do not consider them a friend, how do you politely ask them to remove you from their friends list??

just dont add them. they will get the hint. or make your entries friends only.

I always wonder that too. Why would you keep someone on your list if they haven't added you for a very long time? You have to get the message at some point and drop them because they aren't interested in befriending you.

I've even banned people from commenting and they still keep me on their list. I tried making everything friends only for a while. But, I didn't really like that. But, I do wish they'd stop reading me.
