since i'm only reading a book called Law 101 and you practice it, let me ask a question.....

if someone was injured in a car wreck-- taken to the hospital-- complained of lots of pain-- said most of the pain and severe pain came from the lower rib area and the doctor dismisses it as seatbelt bruising and the patient keeps complaining and the doctor keeps dismissing--- and a week later when the pain is only worse it is found there is five cracked ribs, is there anything legal that can be done?
