if anyone knows anything about outlook express i could sure use it. i can receive email but i cant send. i have tried everyting i know to fix the problem......

here's what it says:

The connection to the server has failed. Account: , Server: , Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

this has been going on for 2 weeks now. i have the same account set up at my office, too, since i check the same mailbox there, and it works just fine, i can send and receive from work. the settings are the same.....i don't understand....
