Life lately has been crazy--hence my online absence. Hopefully one of these days I'll finish playing catch up with your lives and mine. Maybe we can even talk about television (i.e. Doctor Who). There is just something I want to share right now:

I'm watching the first Weeping Angels episode (well, I watched 39 minutes of it before Megavideo told me I had watched 72 and cut me off. Stupid lying website hates me.) and AHHHHHHH I'M SCARED. (WHY AM I WATCHING IT IN THE DARK?) Have I mentioned how much I love Steven Moffat and basically every episode he writes?

I've already said congratulations to you like a million times, but tell me all about Obama! I saw a clip of his speech on the news, but it was like 30 seconds long haha. (He looked pretty snazzy though.) And then the news showed a clip of Royal Dutch marines retaking a ship captured by pirates and one of the soldiers had a camera on his helmet and it was AWESOME. I also laugh whenever I think about how pirates still exist today.

She looks so gorgeous in it that whenever I see it I am both super envious and aesthetically pleased. I haven't made icons in aaaaages. I should do that.

I didn't like the Moff's library two-parter in series four but I think he more than made up for it with this one. HOLY MOLY LOVE.

Okay, I can't really remember everything too clearly (prob because the whole time I kept thinking, "Ahhh Obama is right there!"), but he was so funny and sweet and attentive. He talked about government and the importance of getting involved and listening to other people's opinions and learning how to look at things from different perspectives besides just our own. Most importantly, though, he said this to us: "I believe in you." !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And thank you, dear Autumn, for all your well wishes. Soon it will be your turn! And you were there in spirit today, anyway.
