the other day i was talking to a friend and we were kinda talking deep, sorta. but what i started thinking was how things have changed since when i was little. she recently wrote a poem and in it said "everything has changed [around me]. but i haven't". it reinspired me. made me think. what makes me very sad is that i HAVE changed with the ( Read more... )

Innocence is a great thing. I wish I could still believe the world was a happy place with infinite and astounding possibilities. I could think of a pure world filled with justice and equality. Then I grew up. By grow up I mean I was smashed in the face by the "real world". Anyway, don't worry about feeling old or young. I feel the same way now as I did when I was a kid. By kid I mean about 16. The question is this: Do our parents feel the same way? Are they just sixteen year old kids running a life full of responsibility and worry? Anyway sorry I haven't kept in touch. Being out of 4-H and all. This is Isaac BTW. Nice to see you're still alive and kickin.
