Man oh man has it been a whirlwind for the past couple weeks.  It will probably continue to be that way too, until I turn, oh, say, maybe 70.  I just finished reading The Overachievers by Alexandra Robbins (amazing book if anyone is interested) and our generation is completely swept up in the overachieving mentality.  In high school, the top people ( Read more... )

Today, six years ago, I was laying on Beck's bed with my head on his shoulder, praying that he would ask me out.  Thankfully he did, and thankfully today we have been together for 6 years.  I can't imagine being any luckier.  Happy anniversary Beck!  I love you more than you could ever know... not even in those 114 ways.

I have decided that I have to be one of the luckiest girls in the world.  This week has been absolutely amazing with all of the opportunities I have been given:

I got into grad school!  I got into grad school!  AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!  I'm so excited!  I got into Simmons in Boston.  I guess I got an acceptance packet at home, but no one told me.  Thanks guys :-P  I am going to graduate school, world, I am going to graduate school! 

 Five and a half pages down, only two more main points to flesh out.  Yep, this paper is going to make it to the minimum pages no problem!

After that, of course, I have to read the rest of the book that's due in about an hour, read for writing class, and do a ton of other stuff.  Ah college...
