Dexa testing tomorrow...can you tell how excited I am about this? I'm even more excited about having a needle stuck in me to test my cholesterol. Blech. On a brighter note, the freshmen get here tomorrow. I'm going to help my lil' sis, Breanne move into her dorm. Then I have a night of poetry then dancing and Friday starts athletic orientation

dexa testing is when they scan our bodies and it shows what percentage of your body is fat. we have to be under a certain percentage in order to be allowed in the gym, otherwise we are restricted to cardio and conditioning until we are a safer weight to train. Many of the girls were out of the gym last year for the first few weeks. This year I think we look soooo much better, so the results shouldn't be too bad.
