The answer isn't immediate, but Dick keeps his PINpoint close at all times. The technology isn't something that should fall into the wrong hands. Frankly, he's not completely sure that it should fall into the right ones. The quicker his world becomes accustomed to teleportation and multiversal-hopping technology, the more opportunities for trouble open up. But he answers promptly:

Dick takes a steadying breath. Even when not watched, the link provides Slade with constant monitoring. He doesn't want an increased heart rate giving himself away.

The question is how to get it. He doesn't want to push the issue of access to Dick's universe again so soon, but it's probable Slade has his own samples. It's not likely Dick will be able to get his hands on those, but he has to check.
