Well holy heck...guess who? It's Courtney Clifford. Haven't read your livejournal in a long time and I'm glad I did today. The abstract concepts are indeed easy to lose amidst the logistics of the future.

i know what you mean. i feel like life makes it easy for us to lose passion toward anything. i look back at all these things that i truly cared about, and now i just feel robotic and bland. its scary how the world can do that. i miss the seemingly simple times that werent that long ago yet feel like 1000 years ago. and those times werent even simple! theres no reason to feel this old already dammit. i hate feeling like im just going through the motions. i miss LIVING. enough of my ranting. but i hear ya.
