So Megan and I went to Meijer at 9 O'clock and decided to bake a cake at 10ish. Then we headed over to Ciggie's house for her big day, and Ken took her out! We put balloons all over her bed with streamers and made her some fun little signs. The rest is yet to come, and I hope that it's a great day for her! Girl you know what birthday's mean to me, and I just wanted you to have at great 21st that you'd never forget... afterall it is a big stepping stone to turn 21 :)!! I love you girl, Happy Birthday!
