I've came up with this idea, that since nothing eles in my life is going to be perfect, i'll make my body as good as it can be!!
so EVERYDAY i'm going to do;
~ Run/ Walk a mile
~ 500 to 1000 crunches
~ 300 sit ups
~ 50 push ups (well i am a girl and weak!)
~ 500 side crunches
i'll be in the best damn shape ever!!
