So i have an issue, on one hand i really enjoy working at Campus Kids and seeing children smile, on the other hand they are trying to move me somewhere else to do production work for Mr. C's and becoming the right hand man of the right hand man of Don Cianci, which by all means i should be happy about, but im not. I HATE HATE HATE working in such

Hmm...I wish there was an easy way to resolve this hon. I think it's more important that you're happy than that you take the promotion. Granted, it doesn't look great if you turn it down, but you're the one that said you don't NEED the work. Is there a difference in pay? More benefits? Stuff like that could help w/your decision.

absolutely no pay increase, or more hours, or more benefits, just more work and the requirement that i have to deal with somebody i despise. It's not much of a promotion i think. Stupid jobs

Well, be diplomatic about it. Tell them you really appreciate them thinking of you for the position but that the reason you are such an excellent employee is that you truly enjoy working with the children and you feel your talents are best used in your current capacity.
