Apologies in advance, I'm in a somewhat gushy mood tonight. Or should that be squeeful? Not necessarily coherent though.

Mmmm, half-naked Horatio! And Archie inhaling the coffee through his nose! That's got to hurt. You almost got me in trouble with the line about Hether lovingly dusting the china duck. And most of the time I think I agree with Cleveland about Horatio knowing what kissing is.

Awesome fic. How did you come up with the idea?

I'm glad you like it. I'm not even sure how I came up with it. I know I had a conversation with some friends about doing Hornblower fics (or possibly just fics in general?) based on fairy tales, but I can't remember how I settled on doing it this way.
