I loved how Naomi and Katie's friendship developed into a proper relationship- it seemed very realistic and natural. I thought the way you made Naomi clueless about anything about relationships and Katie's frustration/impatience was amazing as it was a realistic portrayal of the characters we know and love - you definitely haven't made them OOC. I also love how you made Katie feel insecure at times which has made Naomi have the courage to take the lead.
Jesus, I go away for a month or so and come back to find you've written three new (amazing) fics and have started up a fourth! It's kinda freakin' awesome. A bit like watching an entire season of Buffy in one shot. Or, actually, two seasons of Skins would probably be a more appropriate analogy. Except that the latest season of Skins was at turns the best thing I've ever watched and then the most mind-boggling infuriating... let's skip the analogies then shall we?
Rewriting Naomi's story from scratch is genius and so. much. fun. to read. Katie is fab here. Such a great mixture of bluster and genuine confidence. Naomi is so Naomi but seemingly much more self aware than canon Naomi.
I really like how Naomi is completely clueless about dating but to be fair she's been cast as the "boy" (ugh, I loathe gender roles but I kind of think this is haphazardly how Katie is sort of seeing their relationship, and who could blame her at her age -- please correct me if I'm way off base) and that's got to be even more confusing/terrifying for her

Okay, I was just checking this before work so don't have time to respond to everything but I just have to say LOL! FAIL! on my part. Well caught.
Katie's had the card since Graphics. I don't know why Emily didn't just give Naomi the card in Art, maybe she was nervous (or more, likely, I'm a retard). But I've adjusted it slightly now.
Okay, thanks massively for your comment - will reply properly later <3

Oh really, nothing is ever inadequate or unworthy! Pssh to that!
I know what you mean - breaking Emily's heart is hard and I don't like to do it, honest! But it's not really broken here. Yet. Or is it. I'M NOT SAYING!
And, lol, bless you ♥
There's more Emily next time... maybe things will start looking up for her...
