So it's been kind of abominable, between sickness and sleep disruptions and stress. I'm completely wrapped on my schedule, often unable to sleep at all during the night, or if I manage to get to sleep I typically wake up between 3-4am and can't get back to sleep again ( Read more... )

Still working on my feet. I was laid out flat by an insomnia cycle this weekend and spent most of it dazed and in bed and completely skipping any useful exercises, and my foot decided to get better anyhow. I can now walk with very little limp even barefoot, balance for up to ten seconds on a good day (this isn't reliable yet so still needs work) ( Read more... )

I got my cast off today and I get to keep it off! I can even walk! Not very well because my foot is out of practice, but all I need to do is gradually use it more and more, in normal mobility, and I can expect to be back to normal walking in a few weeks.
