Well, there was not much carousing on my birthday. Which really wasn't so bad of a thing. Andy, Rachel and Jori came up from DC, so I got to have dinner with them, which was nice. So I went to the National's home opener last night. Which was awesome. It was realely good to see the stadium packed. Except for the fact that the stadium did not seem prepared to handle a packed crowd. Especially since President Bush was there, so security was a little bit tight. The first couple of days of the NCAA tournament are always great. I don't think there's any greater playoff system in all of sports. Of course, over the last few years, the next couple of days haven't been quite as happy - Stanford hasn't made it past the 2nd round of the tournament in a long time.
