I lost weight by getting really depressed and not liking to eat. and now I love to eat again and I am happy and I eat all the time but because my metabolism is up and my body is happy to be having food again, it's staying thin.

Not that I'm suggesting this, obviously. Really, my best advice is to exercise a lot and eat healthily, as in normally, but buy sweets without extra crap in it. Buy all natural sweets. And exercise. and quit yer job so you don't have as much money for going out and eating. :P
