my dad quit smoking cold turkey the other week. hasnt had one in about 20 days. im proud of him. hes been smoking for 30 years, and ive been smokin for 2. yet i go crazy if i dont have a smoke all day. it takes a lot of willpower to do something like that, especially over such a long time of smoking ( Read more... )
