I'm amazed at how lucky i am to be alive today.

Well today i was working on my engine that i wanna make for the science fair and its on tuesday and i started working on it yesteray. I have/had sooo much shit to do with it so i can make it time. Anyways the main piece of it the cylinder block :

That's pretty badass. If it had hit you on the cheek, you should have left the scar, but you're right--the forehead is kind of Harry Potter.

It was really a freak accident, many things happened at the same time that never should have. For one the vibration loosened the jaws a little bit, then i was turning it and i made a pass on the end of the piece, the less supported portion of the piece, and a chip of alumium heated it up and caused the bit to jam in it. That made it wobble just a little bit, but it had enough weight to continue wobbling and it just shot out. This all happened in a split second.
