mean I was typing case notes and then all of a sudden I felt like crying and I had no idea why. Then I realized that song was playing and it always makes me want to cry. Sucks. I don’t even know why. It can’t just be cuz it’s a sad song could it? Is it because Rose used to sing it to me over the phone or cuz she would put lines from it in letters

i know what you're saying kam. it's hard to get out of your head. i know it's bad; we talk about it in therapy sometimes but they never really give you the step by step guide to actually doing it. it's a lot like what rivers said, "maybe i need fantasy"

i think its like a drug almost. i don't know if i culd stop if i wanted to which i don't cuz sometimes its better than the day to day.
