Welt, I haven't been to the gym in about 3 weeks now, and I've been eating horribly. I threw my back out of wack before St. Patty's Day, then jammed on drums every evening for a week, while taking care of other odds and ends before going on vacation for a week. Notice the meals I prepared (lunch and dinner) are good meals. It's the stuff he does when I'm not looking that is bad. (Refer to my entry on the crunchberries.)

I concur on the cap'n crunch bit. All in all, every flavor of that shit is top shelf. The only down fall is it gives you cap'n cruch mouth, where it shreds the roof of your mouth. Someone needs to fix that shit.

You should eat breakfast - breakfast is good for you. As long as it's balanced, it seems to help me from not pigging out at lunch or eating horrible snacks like rolos, twizzlers, etc.

And when I'm craving sugar and not like PMS-ing or something I try to eat fruit instead - yes, it still has sugars in them, but they are natural sugars and thus better for you. OR a glass of juice, that seems to help too...

And while I'm at this way to long comment I just had an idea that now I think I'll save and put into a post of my own... nevermind.
