And when I'm craving sugar and not like PMS-ing or something I try to eat fruit instead - yes, it still has sugars in them, but they are natural sugars and thus better for you. OR a glass of juice, that seems to help too...
And while I'm at this way to long comment I just had an idea that now I think I'll save and put into a post of my own... nevermind.
