Thanks. It's actually a townhome, so I won't have to buy a mower. :D Because my budget is so small being a single person, I decided that baby steps into full-fledged Home Ownership may be in my best interest.
My only regret is that I cannot fence in the yard, so Yuki-san will not be able to run free.
