Last night ninja_tech and I went for an adventure to downtown.  She wanted to take some photos from the top of a parking ramp.  Downtown was a madhouse.  People everywhere lining up to get into clubs.  While she took fancy pics I snapped a couple with my phone.

It's been so long!  I feel like April flew by in a second.  Today did as well.  I talked with an agent on friday and she's a nice lady.  I don't know where I am going to get money for a down payment and am wondering if it's really not the right time for me to be doing this.  It just feels like I can't save a significant amount with my student loans ( Read more... )

This is going to be a very busy summer.  Ninja_tech will be heading off to Japan for a year (maybe 2) and I will be looking for a new place to live.  Moving is such a pain in the ass, but I am sort of looking forward to leaving the apato.  I like the space, but I am really sick of the neighbors and the fuckheads that live in this building. >_<    I ( Read more... )
