I'm cautiously interested. I've never been a fan of line dancing but I have enjoyed zumba. I'm currently at the end of a year of putting back almost 100lbs of the 180lbs I had lost in the past 3 years. It hasn't been good. Right now even walking for 10 minutes hurts my hip. How high impact is this program? Is it easy to modify?
It doesn't have to be high impact basically at all; if there is anything they don't modify adequately, I can tell you how to modify (or you can choose a different movement). My sister is in a similar boat (cautiously interested, dealing with some ouchy lower body), so I'm very much willing to and prepared to help with gentling movements that need it.
