So there Polka is, huddling under her cloak with her parasol as she stumbles along through the rain and wind and thunder and what the _HELL_ Polka. Well, something important must be dragging her out of the house. Of course, Polka thinks everyone else here is perfectly sane and unlikely to be wandering around in this weather, so she doesn't pay as much attention - even when she's buffetted about by some particularly strong breezes.
She is rather light after all. Her journal is held under an arm, partially open but it's questionable if she'll hear you. In any event, feel free to watch the battle of girl vs storm, mock her efforts, or question her sanity <3 ]
