I really hope so. But the company in question seem to have the same kind of problems with their customer service that bt do - everything is in different departments, and the different departments can only talk to each other by email. So we´re getting a lot of bouncing around and being told that the relevant department will call us back. It´s all progress, but very slow. We´ve now been told that someone will have to come to the flat to reconnect the line, but when that will be we don´t yet know. Keep your fingers crossed for me.
