This dress sold out on forever 21's website. I'm so pissed! I don't wear dresses like that, but I would have really wanted to doctor it up and make it a skirt. If anyone is going to a f21 in the future, pick one up for me in Medium and I will pay you back? Please? I'm so sad I missed out on it ;_;
