How... do you get your links to blur when you scroll over them & get the cursor to change to a cross? Oh and... other ?... how do you make your background different?

oh yea... and the pink fancy scroll bar on the page, & the whole 'floating' layout over the backgorund thingy... ! tell me on aim what the codes are if u get the chance to sicky hehe
